After years of running customer interviews, I had a hard drive full of recordings and a notebook full of quotes I could never find again.
Fieldnote started as a tool for my own team: drop in a call, tag the moments that matter, share a clean summary. Other teams kept asking for access, so in 2021 it became a company.
